Victor at Tire Kingdom provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the second we walked through the door, we were greeted with top-notch customer service and made to feel like valued customers. Victor’s professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Victor went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His attention to detail, honesty, and friendly attitude truly set him apart. If you’re looking for exceptional service, I highly recommend asking for Victor. He is a tremendous asset to Tire Kingdom, and because of him, we’ll definitely be returning for all of our future tire and automotive needs. Thank you, Victor, for an outstanding experience!

I came in with a flat tire, and Joshua took great care of me. I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else until the next afternoon, so I was extremely grateful that they were able to fit me in and replace my tire. Now I can safely make my longer commute to and from work. Throughout the service, the entire team was friendly, attentive, and professional. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Edit to add: I went back to this location—30 minutes from my house, to get another tire repair(as I said I would because they took such good care of me the first visit). The tech said the nail was too close to the sidewall, but the last repair was closer to the sidewall than this one. I felt rushed out, and felt they provided an excellent service for my first time visit for a 5 star review. Picture is of the nail in the tire that was “in the sidewall”. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After calling and traveling to numerous tire shops, I finally found this Tire Kingdom location—30 minutes from my house, and well worth the drive. Victor was extremely knowledgeable and confident that they could repair my Tesla tire. After several other shops told me I needed a brand-new tire, Victor took the time to put the car on the lift, show me exactly where the damage was, and explain why he felt it could be safely repaired. This was after I had already been convinced elsewhere to order a new tire. Thank you to Victor and the team for taking care of me, being honest, and saving me money. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values integrity and customer service. I highly recommend this location!

Joshua the Assistant Manager was awesome. I am so grateful for him and his staff. I literally had a key stuck in my tire so bad you could hear the air coming out. They were able to patch it and order a new tire for me that will arrive in a few days! Something so stressful especially unexpected, became less stressful and manageable. He was very kind and I appreciate his willingness to listen and assist.
